1. How do I register with LawyerLoops?
You simply go to the sign up link at the top right hand corner of the home page “new user? sign up”. It will bring you to the registration page. Fill out the form and click register or alternatively you can sign in using your facebook or twitter account and avoid filling out all the information.
2. What plans are for me?
Plans for users
There is only one option available. It is free for all users who are non lawyers. 
Plans for Advertisers
You can either sign up as a user and access the advertisements or have an exclusive advertisement account For details Contact LawyerLoops Administrator.
Plans for Lawyers/Firms
There are three different plans available. The first plan is basic. This plan is for people who just want a free listing. It will not give you any access to most of the sites features. The second plan is for solo practitioners’ who want access to most of the sites features. The third plan is for a firm generally more than one lawyer who wants access to the sites features. To see all the features that are included in the plans click on list your firm now (see the features). The check marks indicate what is included in the plan.
3. Who is this site for?
This site is dedicated to lawyer professionals and anyone else who would like to network and advertise with lawyers.
4. How to use this site?
This site is fully automated. Once you log in you will see a link at the top right hand corner “my profile”. From there you will be able to have full access, only if you are a paid user. You will be able to control all the features that are included in your plan on your profile from “my account”.
5. How to find a Lawyer/Firm?
Click on “find a firm/lawyer” at the top of the left hand corner of the navigation link. You can search by practice area or location.
6. How to book a Lawyer/Firm?
Click on “Book a firm/lawyer” at the top of the page of the navigation link. Next search the area that you are located or by practice area. Once you select a firm/lawyer profile you will see book a firm or a lawyer black tab. Click the tab and select an area in the calendar where the firm/lawyer has availability. Once you click provide your details. The firm/lawyer will receive an email and confirm his/her availability for the day and hour you have selected.
7. How to use post a legal matter? Simply fill in the questioner and click post now. All of your information will be sent to all lawyers and firms in your selected practice area and location. Any interested lawyer or firm will reply to you if they are interested. Once they reply to your posting it is up to you to decide whom you would like to choose and have further communications with them and/or retain them as your firm/lawyer.

 

FOR USERS/LAWYERS WHO REGISTER WITH LAWYERLOOPS

1. How to read your inbox mail?
Log in.  Under “my account” select “inbox”.  You can now view your email by clicking the link under the subject matter. To delete select the red marked X.  To write an email click “compose” Once complete click “send message” at the bottom of the email.
2. How to post an article?
Log in. Under “my account” select “my Control Panel” then select “articles”. Now click “Add Article”. You will now be able to post your article. Once the form is complete click the “Add Article” located at the end of the form. Once your article is published you will be able to edit and delete it from the “article” section.
3. How to post an announcement?
Log in. Under “my account” select “my Control Panel” then select “Announcements”. Now click “Add Announcement”. You will now be able to post your article. Once the form is complete click the “Add Announcement” located at the end of the form. Once your announcement is published you will be able to edit and delete it from the “Announcements” section.
4. How to Update/View your Calendar?
Log in. Under “my account” select “my Control Panel” then select “Calendar”. Now select the date and time you would like to book. Click the start time and end time and select save tab.
5. How to confirm or decline appointment requests?
Log in. Under “my account” select “my Control Panel” then select “Calendar”. Now click on the appointment request date. You will now be able confirm the appointment date or decline the date.
6. How to Edit/View “Task Manager”?
Log in. Under “my account” select “my Control Panel” then select “Task Manager”. Now click Add Category to add a new folder tab. Now click add to put a task into your task manager. To save click the “Add to Item” tab.
7. How to post a classified?

Log in. Under “my account” select “my Control Panel” then select “Classified”. Now click “Add Classified”. You will now be able to post your classified add. Once the form is complete click the “Add Classified” located at the end of the form. Once your classified add is published you will be able to edit and delete it from the “Classifieds” section.
8. How to post a job?
Log in. Under “my account” select “my Control Panel” then select “Careers”. Now click the “Add a Career” tab. You will now be able to post your job. Once the form is complete click the “Add a Career” located at the end of the form. Once your job add is published you will be able to edit and delete it from the “Careers” section. Select the “Manage Career” tab to edit.
9. Review/Ratings
Log in. Go to Lawyer/Firm profile and click the “REVIEWS” tab. Rate the profile and write your comment and click the “submit” button.
10. Invoices
Log in. Under “my account” select “Control Panel”. Now click “Invoices”. Click the view link to see your invoice details.
11. Team Members
You must have a Firm profile for this option. You can add a team member by going into your “Control Panel” then select “Team Members” then go to “Add a Member” add the profile information and select the permissions. Once you are finished click “Add Team Member”. You can edit your team member any time by going to your “Control Panel” then select “Team Members” then go to “Manage Team Members” and click the edit link beside the team member that you want to edit. Make all the changes you would like then click the “Update a Member Info” tab.
12. Branch/Locations
Log in. Under “my account” select “my Control Panel” then select “Branch/Locations”. Now click “Add Branch”. You will now be able to post your branch/locations. Once the form is complete click the “Add Branch Info” located at the end of the form.
13. Advertisement
Log in. Under “my account” select “my Control Panel” then select “Advertisement”. Now click “Add Advertisement”. You will now be able select your advertisement preference. Once you choose your selected advertisement click “more”. Add your information and select your advertisement image (for the best quality make sure your image reflects the size placement specs for your add). Once complete click “Review” and you will see a sample of your add of how it will appear on the LawyerLoops Inc. website. If you are satisfied click “Confirm and pay”.
14. Analytics
Log in. Under “my account” select “my Control Panel” then select “Analytics”. Now choose the dates that you would like to analyze. Once you are finished click “Get Results”. All your results will now show including a chart for Audience Overview and impressions, visits/clicks, new visitors, and returning visitors.
15. How to create your profile?
Log in. Under “my account” select “profile”. Now click “View/Edit Profile Info” – click “Edit Info”. You will now be able to create your profile. Once the form is complete click “Update Profile” tab located at the end of the form. Once your profile is published you will be able to edit and delete it from the “View/Edit Profile Info” section.
16. How to change your password?
Log in. Under “my account” select “profile”. Now click “Change Password” Once you change your password click the black “Change Password” tab. Your new password will now be activated.
17. How to edit your operating hours?
Log in. Under “my account” select “profile”. Now click “Edit Operating Hours” Once you edited your operating hours click the black “Update Hours” tab. Your operating hours will now be activated.
18. How to edit vacation date?
Log in. Under “my account” select “profile”. Now click “Edit Vacation Date” Once you edited your vacation date(s) click the black “Update Vacation Info” tab. Your vacation hours will now be updated.
19. How to “Update Payment Options”?
Log in. Under “my account” select “profile”. Now click “Edit Payment Options” Once you edited your payment options click the black “Update Payment Options” tab. Your payment options  will now be updated.
20 How to “Edit Coupon and Free Consultation Options”?
Log in. Under “my account” select “profile”. Now click “Edit Coupon and Free Consultation Options” Once you edited your coupon/consultation options click either the black “Update Coupon Info or Update Consultation Info ” tab. Your coupon/consultation options  will now be updated.
21. How to “Edit Practice Areas”
Log in. Under “my account” select “profile”. Now click “Edit Practice Areas” Once you edited your practice areas click the black “Update Practice Area” tab. Your practice areas will now be updated.
22. How to view “Order History”?
Log in. Under “my account” select “profile”. Now click “Order History”. Click the view link to see your invoice details.
23. How to post view Legal Matters?
Log in. Under “my account” select “my Control Panel” then select “Legal Matters”. Now click view details. You will now be able to view the post for legal matters. To accept/communicate click the “Accept Request” tab or if you are not interested click the “Not Interested” tab.
